- Shipping Times & Processing: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Ammunition Shipping: Ships ammunition directly to your door in most states where it is legal to do so. Ammunition orders are shipped via ground shipping only due to federal regulations (no air or expedited shipping).
- Firearm Shipping: All firearm purchases must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. You’ll need to provide the FFL’s contact information during checkout so team can coordinate the transfer.
- Shipping Restrictions: Ammunition Depot does not ship ammunition or firearms to states, cities, or counties where prohibited by law. They cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes. All firearms ship on to FFL's only.

Return / Refund Policy
Non-Firearm Returns
- Items must be in saleable condition.
- Contact customerservice@ammunitiondepot.com for an RMA and prepaid label.
- Refunds or store credits are available, minus a 20% restocking fee (except for damaged-in-transit items).
- Sealed items like spam cans can’t be returned once opened unless defective.
Firearm Returns
- Firearms returned by your FFL dealer (failed background check or legal restriction) incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Once a firearm is transferred to the buyer, returns are not allowed.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, they handle it — Ammunition Depot work directly with the manufacturer for you.
Non-Returnable Items: Food items and opened ammunition are non-returnable.
