Order Fulfillment & Processing

Not every item they sell is a locally stocked item (dropship). Some items are non-dropship, meaning they must come from the warehouse before shipping.

• Depending on various factors, the order processing time is typically between 24 to 96 hours. Please note that this applies to less than 5% of orders.
• In certain situations, such as high order volumes, shipping delays, holidays, tax refund season, or times of crisis like COVID-19, they may require additional time to process your order.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please check your email's spam folder if you don't find the email in your inbox.
• Order processing begins once they have received both payment and, if applicable, the necessary Federal Firearms License (FFL).
• Once payment (or FFL if needed) is received, the processing time can range from 24 to 96 hours.
• Please note that the processing time applies from Monday to Friday, as they do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has yet to be shipped, please note that a 5% restocking fee will be charged from your refund amount.

However, please be aware that not all orders can be canceled depending on the processing stage. There may be instances where the order is already in progress and cannot be stopped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to the return policies outlined below for further instructions.

Please note that certain items classified as NFA (National Firearms Act) items, such as Suppressors, Short Barrel Rifles (SBRs), Short Barrel Shotguns (SBSs), Any Other Weapons (AOW), and similar items that require ATF transfer after the paperwork has been initiated, cannot be canceled once the process has started.

They reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Suppose they cancel for reasons that are their fault, Ex. out of stock, listing error, bad description, incorrect pricing. Etc.

Returns

Please be aware that the following products are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased during a sale, closeout, or with discount codes or promotions provided more than a 5% discount.
• Ammunition.
• Products were purchased at a specific fixed price at the best market price available at the time of purchase, and their costs for that order did not change.
• Special orders or products that were custom-configured according to your specific requirements.
• Products sold, used, installed, or used after receipt.
• NFA items that require ATF transfer after the paperwork has been initiated. Examples of such items include Suppressors, Short Barrel Rifles (SBRs), Short Barrel Shotguns (SBSs), Any Other Weapons (AOW), and similar items.
• Please note that returns from sales channels such as Gunbroker, Gunsamerica, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and GUNS.com have specific return policies, which may not apply to orders placed directly through their website. They recommend referring to the respective sales channel's return policy for more information.

Website Non-Firearm Return Policy

• Returns are accepted for new and unopened non-firearm items.
• Initiate the return process within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the item. However, please note that a restocking fee of 15% and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Reviewing the company's specific return policy for accurate information regarding restocking fees, return shipping costs, and the refund process is important.
• In the event of an error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, they will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
• Please note that the refund process may take up to four weeks. This includes the time it takes for the return shipment to reach us (typically 5 to 10 business days), Their processing time upon receiving the return (usually 3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process the refund (approximately 5 to 10 business days).

Pricing/Out Of Stock

They reserve the right to cancel due to pricing or inventory errors. Note this rarely happens.

Only some items they sell are stocked items (dropship), so while they wait on Payment or FFL, sometimes it does need to catch some in time, and you may have to cancel your order because MS can sell out. They can hold most items, but they can oversell. But only after they try to source another one from a different warehouse.
