To ensure legal requirements, it is essential to be aware that individuals must be 18 or older to buy rifle and shotgun ammo and 21 years old or older to buy handgun ammunition.

Maryland residents must be 21 or older to purchase any ammunition. All ammunition shipments will be made through UPS or FedEx Ground and cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.

For safety reasons, They have a no-returns policy on ammunition, so please ensure that you select the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.

Additionally, please familiarize yourself with local laws and regulations, as they do not sell ammunition to customers in C.A., NY, MA, or Columbia.

Connecticut: To purchase firearms or ammunition in Connecticut, you must provide a valid Connecticut driver's license or state identification card. Additionally, you must have one of the following documents:

• Pistol or Revolver Carry Permit
• Pistol or Revolver Selling Permit
• Eligibility Certificate for Pistol or Revolver
• Long Gun Eligibility Certificate
• Ammunition Certificate

Illinois: In Illinois, you must possess a Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) card along with a valid driver's license or state identification card to purchase firearms or ammunition.

Maryland: For age verification purposes in Maryland, you must provide a copy of your driver's license or photo identification.

New Jersey: In New Jersey, to purchase firearms or ammunition, you must have one of the following:

• Firearms Purchaser ID Card
• Permit to Purchase Handgun
• Handgun Carry Permit

For customers residing in the aforementioned states (Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, and New Jersey), you are required to email or fax a valid copy of the necessary information mentioned above. Make sure to include the order number for reference.

Buying a Firearm Online

Respecting legal requirements, it is crucial to acknowledge that the purchase of a long gun necessitates the individual to be 18 years old, whereas, for a handgun, the minimum age is 21. Federal law explicitly mandates that firearms can exclusively be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer (Federal Firearms License). These regulations are implemented to ensure responsible and lawful transactions concerning firearms.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

• Choose your gun: Select the firearm you wish to purchase. If you buy them in the same order, they will be shipped directly to your home.
• Pick an FFL Dealer: Use their FFL Finder tool to select a dealer. Please note that the map does not indicate whether they have the FFL on file.
• Contact FFL Dealer: Discuss the transfer fee with the FFL dealer you chose to avoid surprises. Provide FFL Information: The chosen FFL dealer should email or fax.
• Complete your online order: Once they receive and process the FFL, your order will be shipped within 48 hours (some exceptions may apply.
• Pick up your gun at the FFL Dealer: Visit the FFL dealer you selected to pick up your firearm. Ensure you bring all the necessary documentation and identification to prove you can legally purchase and possess the firearm.
• Inspect the firearm: Verify the condition of the firearm and ensure that it matches the one you ordered. If there are any issues, do not complete the paperwork. Instead, please email their customer service.
• Background check: The FFL Dealer will conduct a background check using the NICS (National Instant Criminal Check System).

Shipping Information

Ammunition shipping: All orders, including ammunition, must ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Tracking and confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a verification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated after the carrier scans the package.

Return Policy

Items sold by Sportsman Fulfillment can be replaced within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Please obtain a return approval using their CONTACT US page to initiate a return. The product must be returned new, in the original package, with all tags, and the original invoice to the email.

Firearms

Before taking possession of a firearm from your dealer, carefully inspect it. If there are any issues, please contact them, and they can arrange for the firearm to be returned.

Return shipping fees may be deducted, and a restocking fee may be added to your refund, depending on the reason for the return. Refund fees for firearms are typically $40.00. Any warranty issues or defects arising after possessing the firearm must be directed to the manufacturer.
